How it's worked out
- People going = team size × turnout, rounded to whole people.
- Cost per outing = people going × price per person.
- Cost per month = cost per outing × outings per month; per year is that × 12.

Budgeting questions
Multiply the people who usually come by the price per person to get the cost of one outing, then by how many outings you plan a month. Use your real turnout, not your headcount: budgeting for everyone overstates the cost when only some people come.
Use what you've seen at your own past events. If you don't know yet, run one outing and measure it before setting a yearly budget.
On Pasaq, 1 credit stands for $1 of a plan's price, and each member gets 250 credits a month by default, which admins can change. A plan books only once at least 3 people commit.
