Pasaq for enterprise

Connection is a business problem. Here's a practical fix.

Pasaq gives HR, people and workplace teams one place to turn a budget into real, in-person plans: dinners, classes, events and trips that only happen when enough colleagues commit.

The business case

Belonging moves the numbers leaders already track.

Performance, sick days, attrition. The research is consistent: people who feel connected at work do better and stay longer.

+56%

High workplace belonging was linked to a 56% increase in job performance, a 50% drop in turnover risk and 75% fewer sick days.

2 in 10

Only two in 10 U.S. employees strongly agree they have a best friend at work. Gallup projects that six in 10 could mean 36% fewer safety incidents and 12% higher profit.

36% vs 20%

Lonely U.S. workers were more likely than others to say they'd likely look for a new job (36% vs 20%) and to miss a day of work a month (35% vs 22%).

$10T

Global employee engagement fell to 20% in 2025; low engagement cost the world economy about $10 trillion in lost productivity, 9% of global GDP.

Where teams use it

One tool for every reason to get people together.

New-hire cohorts

Give each starting class a dinner or class in their first month, so new people know someone outside their team.

Office days worth coming in for

Line up a lunch, a class or an evening event on anchor days, so the commute ends in something.

Cross-department mixers

Plans are open to the whole workspace, not one team, so engineers end up at pottery with finance.

ERGs and clubs

Run interest groups as their own workspaces, each with its own plans, members and approvals.

Offsites and team trips

Day trips and getaways within 200 miles of Seattle, unlocked only when enough people are going.

Several offices

Run each office as its own workspace, with deals for its city. Seattle area today; other cities on request.

Do the math

What turnover already costs you.

Move the sliders to your numbers. Compare what leavers cost each year with a year's credit budget for everyone.

Replacing 60 leavers a year costs an estimated

$3.3M–$13M

A year's credit budget for everyone

240K credits

Same as the low-end cost of replacing

0 people

Illustrative. Compares the credit budget (1 credit = $1) with Gallup's conservative replacement cost of one-half to two times salary. It leaves out Pasaq's own price, which isn't set yet, and it isn't a prediction of how much turnover Pasaq prevents. Gallup, 2019 (opens the source in a new tab)

Rollout

Start with a six-week pilot.

Prove it in one office before you roll it out everywhere.

  1. Week 0

    Set the targets

Agree what success means before launch: active members and cross-department connections against your headcount. Targets are editable in Pasaq.

  2. Weeks 1–6

    Run it in one office

Invite one office or team, set a monthly credit allowance, and let members find real local plans.

  3. Week 6

    Read the scorecard

The built-in pilot scorecard shows each target as met or not yet, so the decision to expand is based on data.

Pilot scorecard

Built into Pasaq for enterprise admins. Targets are editable.

  • Members active

Share of your headcount who joined a plan, posted or replied since launch

  • Cross-department pairs

Two people from different departments who interacted

  • Pairs who came back

Pairs who interacted in two or more weeks

  • Reports past 24 hours

Safety reports still open after a day. Target: none

During the pilot

How payment works during the pilot.

Plainly: credits are a budgeting tool during the pilot; billing is set up with each pilot.

Credits track the budget

1 credit stands for $1 of a deal's price. You choose each member's monthly allowance and can grant more for a cohort or an offsite.

Credits aren't money yet

During the pilot, credits are a budgeting tool. They have no cash value, members can't withdraw them, and Pasaq doesn't take card payments.

Billing is set up with each pilot

Before launch, we agree with you how unlocked plans are paid for. The credits report shows what was granted, held and spent, by member and month.

Controls

The oversight a company needs, without making members feel managed.

Roles and approvals

Three roles: Enterprise admin, Team member and Vendor. Admin rights apply per workspace, and vendors only reach workspaces that approve them.

Monthly credits per member

Admins set each member's monthly credit allowance and can grant extra. Credits are held when someone joins and spent only when a plan unlocks; leavers and cancelled plans are refunded automatically.

Invites and company domains

Invite people by link or a 5-minute code, or let anyone with your company email domain ask to join. You approve who gets in.

Cited deals only

Every offer links to where it's published, with the date its price was checked. A vendor can't post a deal without a source link.

Insights and credits report

Active members, plans joined, unlock rate, credits spent and cross-department connections, plus a monthly credits report by member.

Audit log

Every approval, role change and removal is recorded with who did it and when.

For buyers

Questions from HR and finance.

No. Pasaq lists only experiences that need a group to happen, and nothing is bought until enough people commit. The point is the people, not the discount.

During the pilot, credits are a budgeting tool, not money; billing is set up with each pilot. Enterprise admins set a monthly credit allowance per member and can grant extra, and credits are spent only when a plan unlocks.

The pilot scorecard tracks active members against your headcount, new cross-department connections, repeat connections and safety report handling, against targets you set and can adjust.

Real public offers from Groupon, Seattle Restaurant Week, tour operators and venues. Each one is cited and its price checked. Vendors you approve can post more for your area.

Not yet. SSO, a SOC 2 report and a data processing agreement are planned; tell us if you need them for a pilot. The Security & data page lists what's in place today.
