About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Pasaq website and app, operated by Pasaq. By creating an account or using Pasaq, you agree to them. If your company signs a separate pilot agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.
Pasaq is in its pilot stage. It's offered free during the pilot, and features may change as we learn.
Accounts and workspaces
- Use your real name and a work email you control, and keep your password to yourself.
- The person who starts a workspace becomes its enterprise admin. Admins decide who joins, approve vendors, and can remove people from the workspace.
- Every workspace must keep at least one enterprise admin.
- You can delete your account from your profile at any time.
Credits
- Prices on Pasaq are shown in credits, where 1 credit stands for $1 of a deal's price.
- During the pilot, credits are a budgeting tool, not money. They have no cash value, can't be withdrawn, sold or transferred out of Pasaq, and don't earn interest.
- Enterprise admins set monthly credit allowances and can grant credits. Credits belong to the workspace's budget, not to you personally.
- Joining a plan holds your share. It's spent only if the plan unlocks; otherwise it's returned automatically.
- Billing for plans is set up separately with each pilot company. Pasaq doesn't take card payments from members.
Plans, deals and vendors
- Deals come from third parties such as Groupon, Seattle Restaurant Week, venues and tour operators. Their own terms, prices and availability apply, and they provide the experience, not Pasaq.
- We show where each deal is published and when its price was checked, but prices and availability can change before a plan unlocks.
- Vendors must post only real offers with a source link, serve only workspaces that approved them, and use participant names only to make bookings.
- Take part in plans responsibly. Some activities have age limits or physical risks set by the provider.
How to behave
Pasaq is a workplace. Don't:
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
- post anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to share;
- impersonate someone, or use someone else's account;
- scrape Pasaq, overload it, or try to get around its security or role limits.
You can report posts and messages in the app. Enterprise admins review reports for their workspace, and we may act too.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Pasaq permission to store it and show it to the people in your workspace, only as needed to run the service. When you delete your account, we delete your posts and messages as described in the Privacy notice.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Pasaq and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we may end the pilot service with reasonable notice to the companies taking part.
Pilot service, as is
Pasaq is a pilot service provided "as is". We work to keep it available, accurate and secure, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Pasaq isn't liable for indirect losses, or for the experiences provided by third-party vendors.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product grows and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll tell members in the app first.
